Crossfit on ESPN2!
What an opportunity. For those of you new to our sport, this is a great chance to learn about what happened at this year’s Crossfit Games. Starting tonight at 8pm, for 3 weeks straight, there will be four 30 minute episodes covering every event of the Mens and Womens competitions. Below is a link to a preview.
