Your First WOD of 2020 Is…

Welcome back, friends! We’re ringing in 2020 with a partner workout. Here’s how it works: You and your partner will both complete all of the reps prescribed in each round, but you’ll alternate. Partner A does 3 pull-ups, Partner B does 3 pull-ups, and so on. While one partner works, the other partner rests.

This should be a fun, fast-paced 20 minutes… not much here to slow you down. Let’s get after it!
