Barbells and dumbbells
We’re hitting percentages again today, this time with our deadlift. If it wasn’t obvious (it should be), these are sets across – all at the same weight.
After that, we’ll grab a pair of dumbbells for the WOD. We’ll be using a pair for the deadlifts, but just one for the goblet squats and the shoulder to overhead. As you’re choosing your load, the shoulder to overhead will most likely be the limiting factor, be sure that’s doable at the weight you pick.
