Going to the Upside Down!
Hey friends, today’s fitness will include some skill work giving you the time to get upside down. Think of something that you need to work on ranging from handstand holds against the wall, wall walks for shoulder strength and agility, free hand stands, handstand walks, Handstand Push-ups…. the list goes on! Scale to something that scares you a little bit.
Once you get some time inverted, get back on your feet for today’s WOD which is really two WODs in one (think of it as BONUS FITNESS)! As quickly as you can, knock out these two couplets: first in a descending rep scheme (30-20-10) complete a calorie row and a single DB box step up (50/35). As SOON as that is complete, get right into the second with an ascending rep scheme (10-20-30) of DB Snatches (using the DB from the step ups) and Wallballs (20/14) to (10’/9′).
This one is a burner, so dig in and get it done! (At least you’re not just hanging around!)

And made some progress during upside down time today (not a strength of mine)!
WOD: 20:34 @ 35# & 20# until the last 30 in which I switched to 25# & 14#
at the end it became pure survival
