Squat It Out

Our strength cycle is in full swing, and today we’ve got more squats. No specific percentages to work with, but the intent is to keep building with each set and find a tough set of 5 for the day. If you took class on 1/14/20 for the front squat sets of 8, try to go heavier than that today. (See this postΒ on our Instagram, @cfsvwhiteboard, to check your front squat numbers from that day.)
We also get another chance to work on our ring dips in today’s WOD. Even if you can crank out ring dips, consider breaking up the reps early since there’s not a lot of buffer time before you’ll be back on the dips. And be sure to dial up the intensity on the box jumps (tip: try rebounding box jumps today) and the abmat sit-ups… we’ve only got 8 minutes to work, after all.
