We’re climbing up with our deadlifts today, adding to the rep total from last week without decreasing the load. After that, our AMRAP will have us carrying dumbbells across the floor, doing high box jumps and holding a handstand. Don’t worry if handstands aren’t your thing. We’ll have plenty of ways for you to work on them successfully!
