I’ve clearly lost all track of time. I was convinced it was Tuesday today and was all geared up to write a blog post you guys could read first thing Wednesday morning. Alas, as I learned about 20 minutes ago – today is Wednesday. So first, please accept my sincere apology for posting this late. I’m sure you all got some fitness in so throw this one on the back-burner or double up tomorrow. 🙂
