Good morning friends! Happy Wednesday or as I like to call it today. I hope you are all doing well and that you were able to enjoy some Margaritas last night – but not so many that you can’t get after today’s work!

10 tempo air squats (5 sec down, explode up)
12 glute bridges
Rest 1 min

Every 2 min x 5 rounds:
16 KB/DB/object alt S.A. snatches
10 no-pushup burpees

    🙂
    I didn’t have a quite-right weight for SA snatches, so the second part was largely cardio w/ a light weight … tried to attend to form.
