Morning friends! Coach Michael is having some issues with his log-in so guest dropping the WOD here!
3 sets:
10 tempo push-ups (3 sec down, 3 sec hold at bottom, explode up)
*Rest as needed between sets
Every 3 min x 5:
8 HSPU or pike push-ups
20 object ground to overheads
50 high knees

Not exactly as prescribed but I enjoyed doing KB swings with a heavy-for-me object. Nice workout.
