Your best asset

Points, reps, duration and time. All man-made objectives.

I’ve been asked plenty of times by people why I CrossFit. Why I workout so often and what the benefit is for. It amazes me how many people live in this world not having their health and wellness their number one priority.

What am I training for? Life.

I CrossFit because I have found the perfect vessel for health and wellness. I workout so often as to see how far I can go and what I can accomplish. The benefit? Whatever I want to endure or adventure.

The best asset you can give yourself in this world is to be the fittest and healthiest you can possibly be. Period. Once you figure out that there are no limitations, then points, reps and scores no linger matter. the benefit becomes the exploration into what you can do. What becomes ideal is the ability to actually be able to come in and perform more and more tasks each and every day.

The magnificence is in the struggle. So enjoy it!
