Radio Silence…. SORRY!

Hi there everyone! I know it’s be a bit quiet here at the CFSV HQ and I apologize. I totally understand that this is not the time to lose contact with you all, our heart and soul! We have been discussing options and trying to figure out ways to keep in touch with all of you. JT will be sending out some updates soon, but know we miss each and everyone of you and hope you’re doing as well as possible during these crazy times!
Today’s work is a super basic attack on your fitness level and a sort of ‘check in’ on three basic movements in the “Death by…” Format.
Alternating between the Push-Up, the Sit-Up, and the Air Squat perform the movements like this:
Death by (these things):
Min 1) Do 1 Push-up
Min 2) Do 1 Sit-Up
Min 3) Do 1 Air Squat
Min 4) Do 2 Push-Ups
Min 5) Do 2 Sit-Ups
Min 6) Do 2 Air Squats
Min 7) Do 3 Push-Ups
Min 8) Do 3 Sit-Ups
Min 9) Do 3 Air Squats
Etc… this should take you a while to complete and is a grinder by design. While you can absolutely scale this to only do one or two of the movements, it’s a rainy Friday and what else do you have to do?

That was definitely a grinder, the push-ups were what eventually killed me. Made it through the round of 16 reps + 8 pushups.
