Regionals
Northeast Regionals start May 25th. Get excited.
If you have not bought tickets yet I highly encourage you come watch at least one of the days events. The athletes competing this weekend are some of the fittest on the planet and being able to watch them will give you a greater appreciation for what you do and also a greater intensity for the WODs we do in class. We will be hanging out with CrossFit Fenway, sharing a tent and cheering on their team.

I miss you guys and feel like a slob! In case you didn’t know, I also work as a part-time bridesmaid! haha! Well, last week, I sprained my ankle wearing heels while fulfilling bridesmaid duties in New Orleans.I guess my dance moves aren’t as smooth as I thought!!!! It’s starting to feel a lot better and I hope to back at it on Saturday!
75#–I could clean 85# but alas could not jerk it. YET.
