Squatting in the rain…

Hello friends!
Hoping the rain holds off this afternoon because this is a good one! We’ll warm up quickly to give us plenty of time to lift. Then we’ll run through this fun long-ish WOD. See you soon!

Fun isn’t what I’d call it, but I’m sure it’s good for me or something. Felt pretty good about the back squats though
