Might as well Bench!

Hope everyone is having a great week so far! Every once in a while we like to throw in a good old-fashioned bench press. The bench press helps to build upper body strength and prepares the body for movements like the push-up. And there are fewer “moving parts” so you can truly focus on moving well.
For the WOD we’ll be on the clock with a fun combo of kettlebell swings, box step-ups and ab mat sit-ups. The faster you move the longer you get to rest!
