Fun with KBs – Single Arm Edition

This week in our “Friday Fun With…” series we’ll be using the Kettlebell!

Sure, the KB doesn’t maybe seem all that flexible. It’s a big heavy sphere with a handle after all. But there’s so much to be done that I’m splitting up our KB fun into two days: single-arm and double-arm fun.

We’ll be working on single-arm stability, and using that to transmit power to the KB through one arm. The KB Snatch is a surprisingly tricky move to do well, and I’ll be helping you find technique in the first part of class before we deploy it (and a few other fun tricks) in the WOD!
