Fun with Sandbags

Today we’re having fun with Sandbags TWICE. That’s right, it’s a double WOD!

Sandbags have long been one of our favorite toys here at CFSV. A quick blog search for “Sandbag” will turn up plenty of Nick blogs waxing eloquent about the various virtues of training with sandbags. And while, yes, running while holding an odd object is definitely part of the joy, today we’re going to be throwing, dragging, and pushing these floppy friends around instead.

Let’s load it up heavy and have a great time with it today!

AMRAP 10
Reverse Sandbag Drag (for max distance)
* EMOM starts with 3 sandbag cleans

Rest 2 minutes, THEN

8 Rounds for Time
25′ sandbag throw
10 sandbag squats
25′ sandbag push
