Deadlift day is my favorite…

Hello friends!
We’ll be having some fun today with Deadlifts for strength at a slightly higher rep scheme than we’re used to seeing. We’ll be building up to the heaviest set of 8 we can achieve (in the allotted time) focusing on bracing properly, keeping the spine neutral and activating those glutes and hamstrings. And speaking of activating the hamstrings, it’s no coincidence that the WOD features high box jumps. Challenge yourself to pick a height for these jumps that’s slightly higher than you would normally choose, load those hammies and get up there!
