CFSV Will Make You Jump Jump! (And climb some, too).
Hey there! I hope you’re doing well and keeping safe and healthy. Today, we are going to work on the box jump as we jump as high as we can. The warm up and skill work will be done with soft boxes and come in very handy for the WOD, so don’t hold back!
Once you max out how high you can jump, we’ll move over to a refresher for rope climbs and then combine those two movements with ab-mat sit-ups in a 12 minute EMOM WOD.
Wear long socks or pants for this one to avoid scrapes and scratches on your ankles from the rope. If you need some, remember we have high CFSV socks for sale as well!
