Fast But Furious!

Hey Friends. Today we will be taking on some short but furious work with a fast EMOM where we push for Max Effort on three movements consecutively: Double Dumbbell Push Press (RX: 50/35), Ab-Mat Sit-Ups, and Calorie Row.
We’ll start the day with a warm up with some rowing to get that movement prepped for the class, then we’ll spend some time working on building up Dumbbell Push Press. This will start light and go up and should exceed the weights you were pushing with the DB Strict Press since we’re now introducing that hip drive to help move those weights.
My goal for the PM classes is to move the Rowers / DB out side in order to be able to tackle this ‘mask-free’. It will be hot and you will be given the choice to perform the work in doors with the mask, or outside with out.
