Partner WOD!! Thursday 10/6/21

Hello friends!
I’m so excited for the first partner WOD since the shut-down! We’ll start with a fun but a little weird strength portion involving the single-legged kettlebell deadlift – AND if you get that far you’ll have the pleasure of re-visiting during the WOD.
For the WOD itself you’ll do this in you go/I go fashion. For the med ball sit-ups you’ll sit-up and toss the ball back and forth to your partner until you hit 100 reps. The wall balls will also involve tossing the ball back and forth using the wall as a target in between reps. Finding a rhythm is the best part! The remainder of the movements can be broken up however you like – make sure you and your partner have a plan before the clock starts and only one person is working at a time! If you complete all the reps it’s all about the ME KB DLs. 20 min cap friends!
