    HPC: 185#
    103 pushups, rx weight.

    This one was fun!
    I mean…they all are, of course, this one especially though.

    HPC: 68#, another PR, and I may be approaching the end of my PR run! I just realized another thing I like about Crossfit – I don’t think about anything else during the class. Lifting heavy weight – even if that is in the form of a push-up – squeezes out other concerns. 🙂

    HPC: #115 PR, failure at 125# gah.
    WOD: 53 PU, RX weight.

    Amped about it.

    HPC: 155# for 3, hit 175# for 1. So now my max clean and max jerk are both above my body weight; I just need to string them together to hit my goal.

    WOD: 92 Pushups, Rx weight. First round was 38 pushups, didn’t get above 15 for the other 4.

    Also, got to 84 DUs in a row before class. Getting close…
