Rubberlegs
Today we’ve got an indoor spin on a CrossFit classic workout that will leave you with rubberlegs and a racing heart. Given the amount of slush out there, we’re keeping it inside. Not that running out in the slush isn’t a great workout, though! I suggest you give it a shot sometime. Whether it’s a beach WOD or a slush WOD, being on squishy footing can really present an interesting challenge.
