Deadlift Day is Best Day! The workout is a nice light weight for getting some beefy volume in to burn up those glutes – as long as you remember to keep that core strong and midline steady. We’ll be deadlifting during the strength portion as well, at lower reps, so that we can go nice and heavy before backing it down for speed in the WOD.
