Opening the Green Line, Closing Out the Cycle
Tomorrow morning the Green Line’s E train pulls into Union Square for the first time. Major mixed feelings about that, but one thing I’m unreservedly excited for is the re-test of our lifts and WOD for the end of this training cycle! Here’s your week of programming…

This workout is dedicated to the nine women, Roqiah, Tamana, Sabira, Saliha, Omulbanin, Annie, Geta, Fatima, and Anisgul, who risked their lives every day to exercise at the only CrossFit gym in Afghanistan. It was located in the basement of a building, behind a locked door, with sheets covering the windows.
