Nothin But A Broomstick

This year on Veteran’s Day, Coach (Staff Sgt) Augustine will be hosting a very special Saturday WOD, called Monti. I’ll let him talk to you about it more as we get closer to that time, but part of our work this cycle is mixing in some practice before you get to that particular challenge about a month from now.

We’ll be using the barbell today for the WOD but not loading anything onto it. Nothing to it, right? Just carry around that broomstick for 18 minutes and let me know how you feel about it tomorrow.
