2 Weeks To Go
If you’ve noticed a lot of box-step-ups and Cleans and Snatches in the workouts lately, it’s not an accident. First of all, we want to keep drilling the movement patterns in your Squat Clean, so it’s no surprise that they’d show up a lot in the programming. But more than that, we are anticipating gathering on Nov 11, Veterans Day, to do a very special workout: Monti. And that workout has a lot of these movements in it.
Kind of like Tuesday’s post was saying, you gotta train for what you want to be able to do., We want you to do the best you can on Veterans Day, so we’re doing another round of Monti Prep today.
