An Old Favorite
I swear, there was a time when we had to have an intervention at staff meeting to keep from putting DT in the rotation too often. It’s hard to resist! What a great workout – punchy, demanding, maybe even a little intimidating in the sheer weight of it… but no matter what weight you can move today, going a bit heavy and attacking this workout with intensity always feels so good. It’s a 5-round-fight of a WOD, and when I want to throw myself against the wall, DT’s a great choice that I keep coming back to.
DT’s simple, but it ain’t easy. And something about the ferocity it invites just makes it an old favorite of mine. Happy to get to share it with y’all on this fine Friday!
