Whenever you see a workout with a person’s name on it, it’s more likely than not named after a US armed services veteran who was killed in action. On Veteran’s Day (Saturday 11/11) we’ll be gathering at 10am to do one of those that has special significance to Coach Michael: Monti. We’ve been preparing y’all for it in this cycle, but it’s still a lot to take on. It’s meant to be.
Those “Hero WODs” as they’re called tend to be especially long and challenging. And they each have a story behind them. Today we’ve got another one on the docket.
