Literally Like Climbing a Ladder

JT Scott | 11/13/2023 |

Increasing (or even infinitely incrementing) WOD rep schemes are sometimes called “climbing a ladder” – you’re trying to see how high you can go in the time allotted.

Infinitely incrementing the number of rope climbs in our workout today certainly borders on putting too fine a point on it, but here we are. Now get up that rope and climb the ladder as high (often) as you can in the 15 minutes we’ve got today.

If you don’t have a rope climb? No worries. We’re spending a lot of time talking about and drilling technique today, so your coach will surely be able to work with you to find an effective (read: horrible and painful but good for you) scaling option for the WOD.
