Today we’re only running morning classes (530am, 630am, 730am) to let our coaches get out of town early and take a bit of a break. If you’re an evening WOD type, today’s your chance to see how the other half lives! Kate and Kennedy recently switched to being 530am people, and I’m sure they’ll tell you it’s the absolute best (as long as you ask them sometime after 7am).

The WOD today is a cool “Chief Style” format that encourages you to blast through some bodyweight challenges and still have something left in the tank for several heavy Squat Cleans at the end of each round. Yummy!

WOD:
5 x 3:00 Rounds
15 Burpees
6 Bar Muscle Ups (use your scale!)
Max Reps Squat Cleans (155/105)
