Big Bar Bonanza

Lots of barbell movements in the WOD today, and when we’re talking about going big…it doesn’t get bigger than deadlifts. This is a sneaky-grippy day, and a very different stimulus than the high-rep bodyweight stuff you might normally associate with a 15 minute workout. It’s less than 90 reps (kinda) but the big barbell work makes it still feel like a lot, and calling a cluster “just one rep” really undersells how much work is in it. What a great way to start off the week!
