Acronym Soup

It can seem like as much of an adjustment for new CrossFitters to pick up all the lingo and abbreviations as it is to learn new lifts and movements. It’s not, but it can seem that way. Today’s WOD (Workout of the Day) is all acronyms, but it means As Many Reps As Possible in 8 minutes of 3 different movements: Handstand Pushups, Toes To Bar, and Double Unders.

Also seems like as good a day as any to mention that our Saturday schedule is changing a bit: here in December we’re going to be putting the Saturday workout back at 10am instead of 11. Yes, it’s a touch earlier but hey – you’ll have the rest of your Saturday ahead of you.
