Retest Week

Welcome to retest week, y’all! We are at the end of our cycle – 15 weeks of programming that is Constantly Varied, but certainly had a bias/theme toward working up a bigger Squat Clean. Obviously, you can’t squat clean more than you can stabilize and stand up out of a front squat, so that’s a great place to get a read today on what your theoretical max clean has gone up to. Warm it up with plenty of sets, sneak up on that PR using what you’ve learned over the last few weeks of high percentage work, and then give it a shot or three at setting a new record.
