Pure Work Capacity

Just like using the good old-fashioned back squat to get stronger yesterday, sometimes it’s useful to keep it simple when it comes to metabolic conditioning. Today’s WOD (much like Open 12.1 that we did a few weeks ago) ain’t fancy, but it will tax your basic work capacity and – if you can force yourself back into each rep as soon as possible – increase it as well. This workout can be as much of a mental challenge as a physical one, but the rewards are undeniable.
