    HHBS: 245#. I keep failing after 1 rep each time I try 255#.
    WOD: 7:03Rx. That ish was Heavy.

    HBBS: 145# and 1×155#…my 3 rep max is 145# so I was really hoping to hit 155.

    wod: 6:11 Rx. there’s nothing i enjoy more than racing and beating my better half =P. thanks for the heavy KBs, they’re so much more enjoyable in small sets! bring on some more!

    WOD: 6:30 Rx: Congrats on the victory Cal! 140 KBS in two days. I think I’ll be leaving those on the ground for the next few days.

    HBBS: 108# (PR) I was stuck on the second rep of this weight, but somehow pulled out of it, which was a great feeling.

    WOD: 7:37. Getting more used to the 1 pd, which I tried for the first time last month. Mandy gave some technique pointers for KB swings, which we typically don’t have time for, and I think that helped a lot.

    Overall, a mood enhancing class – strength is good, but happiness is even better. thanks 5:30 crew!
