WOD: 4 + run and 6 pullups. Really wanted a full 5 rounds but couldn’t keep the grip on that last round. I also found that my running got faster each round.
Volume Training: 155# power cleans
WOD: 7 rounds + ~50 meters run. A key thing that I have discovered in this heat is wrist sweat bands. They keep (a lot of) the sweat off of your hands and allow you to keep your grip on the bars.
Despite the heat, felt really good about this workout. Perhaps it was all the water I pounded over the course of the day…thanks for driving this point home Yosh!
