    wod: 4 + run w/ strict pullups (except the 8th before the last run, where I got a little over excited and couldn’t help myself)

    WOD: 4 + run and 6 pullups. Really wanted a full 5 rounds but couldn’t keep the grip on that last round. I also found that my running got faster each round.

    Volume Training: 155# power cleans
    WOD: 7 rounds + ~50 meters run. A key thing that I have discovered in this heat is wrist sweat bands. They keep (a lot of) the sweat off of your hands and allow you to keep your grip on the bars.
