150 Wallball Shots for time (20#/14#)
Open Workout 12.4
MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20lbs to 10′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups
I think I got to 137 in 12 minutes. As much as I may hate doing it, I look forward to the chance to beat that score.
One piece of advice, don’t try to break this into sets. Do as many as you can in a row every time because if you find that rhythm, you don’t want to lose it.
Karen: 8:57 Rx. I think I finished this portion of the Open WOD in around 9:30, so a bit of an improvement.
I’d recommend getting as many reps in the first set as possible.
not a good night for a pulled hip-flexor and cranky knee. hmmmmm! I’ve googled some miserable substitutions for myself…. pretty excited to work off the after-effects of my “the kids are gone for summer” bender. 🙂
