Split Jerk: 85# PR
WOD: 15:04, 65# and holding on to the pull-up rack railing for dear life to try the pistols. This workout kicked my ass.
SJ: 175# I think this was my first time with this movement, so I wasn’t super comfortable with the landing position right away.
WOD: 10:17 Rx.
Jerk: 135#, almost almost got 140 but didnt hold it enough.
Not a PR but feels good to be working movements back in.
WOD: 75#, sub KB swings for pistols- 12:24

SJ: 195# PR, felt light today. Didn’t plan out weights too well, but definitely want to aim for 215# next time.
WOD: 11:07 Rx, first round felt good; last round not so much.
My hand is still gimpy, so I did HBBS. Got 5 at 235#, which beats my old 1 rep max by 10#.
WOD: 10:13 with a 1.5pd kettle bell instead of the push presses. I really need to get this hand situation sorted out.
