    press: 85# PR! i will be sure to power-turtle it next time.
    WOD: 7:22 @ 35#. happy surprise to discover that the OH plate lunges were a breeze this time compared to the first time i did ’em in a WOD with the same weight (those back then were SO UGLY). it’s exciting to think how all the training helps so much, even on a subconscious level, over time.

    p.s. wouldn’t it be nice if burning calories were as easy as consuming them? πŸ™‚

    Press: 85, was a little disappointed- want to get to 95. 85 is a PR so far, little steps.

    WOD: 8:22, rowing plus 75 # push presses

    Also- i did my first motherfucking pull up today. It felt awesome.

    Press: 115#. Tried 120# 3 times and just could not get it past my nose. I just need to get it above my eyebrows and I know I can push my head through and finish it out…
