    125# back squat, 13 rounds for the wod (blue band, knee pushups) goal for august/September- real pushups! Good job 5:30. Thanks for the workout KP, have a good vacation!

  2. Went with High Bar 120# for a 3 rep max PR. Nothing like KP with a side of PR on a Monday morning before 6am.

    11 rounds of Cindy (7 air squats away from 12… my OCD hates this) Blue band and otherwise Rx. Can’t wait to start Rx-ing pull ups in a WOD. October goal?

    This workout was a great detox to follow my weekend retox. I needed it!

    Back squat #115 PR. I’m going to follow coach’s orders and stick with this weight until I perfect my form.

    12 rounds + 22 for Cindy, green band and knee push ups. But every rep counted!

    Push-ups were by far the limiting factor. Pull-ups and air squats were all unbroken.

    Also, in case anyone is doing the Spartan Time Trial at Fenway Park Sunday Nov. 18. I created the team “Squat More” to go at 10:30am. I’ll likely be inviting some co-workers to fill out the team, but anyone debating going should definitely join in.     BS: 235#, 1 at 255#, PR, but it was almost catastrophic.
    Cindy: 11 + 22. I think I could have been going faster on the air squats. 20 minutes went by quicker than I thought it would.

    Nursing a groin strain, so I did push press instead of back squat.

    PP: 145# PR

    WOD: 11+13 with situps instead of air squats. My first encounter with Cindy and I wound up being injured for it. Curses! The first few rounds were about a minute, but by the end my rounds were taking about 2 minutes because of all the resting during sets of pushups: all pullups and situps were unbroken.

    Good work, 7pm.

    HBBS: 205#. PR, but really need to work on keeping my knees out. Really hard to keep my knees from buckling in.

    WOD: 10 rounds + 11 reps. My push ups sucked hard.
