    press: 70# x 3, but more importantly, 75# for 2!!!!! a few weeks ago i tried multiple times to get 75 to even move at all. YES.

    wod: 7:05 Rx. those walking lunges get evil. there’s also nothing more annoying than when i kip myself off the wall while doing HSPU.

    press: 80# x 3. two months ago this was a 1 rep max!
    WOD: 8:02 w 2-abmat HSPU. agree w/ cal – lunges were the most painful part.

    WOD: 6:45 w/ green-banded HSPUs. This is the first time I’ve done that in a WOD, and it sure beats scaling with abmats: not only is it more fun, but you exercise the entire range of motion. I should have used the blue band; next time!

    even though rx handstand pushups are still pretty far-off for me, the green bands made them seem alot less impossible and that was super exciting.

    WOD: 9:39 with red bands. Lost my shit trying to get set up for the first round of HSPU and lost precious time. Thanks Jesse for telling me to step back and take a deep breathe, exactly what I needed to collect myself.
