plus 3 burpees every minute on the minute… Thank you giant rubber bands, you were my best friend this morning.

YES i’m so glad the burpees on the minute were added. i was just going to triple dog dare everyone to do it.

11:38 doing 65# hang power snatches instead of OHS. Didn’t feel 100% today, but slogged my way through it.
20:54 with 35# OHS and blue band. Yup. 63 burpees.
that’s a BFD on its own.
