Pull Ups and Burpees

WOD

4 rounds:

10 Pull ups

15 Burpees

Cash out: 500m max effort Row

 

Cash Out– This means said movement or distance must be completed for the workout to be finished. SO……. once you finish your 4 rounds of pull ups and burpees, you then must immediately move onto the 500m row to complete the workout.
