    By request, I’ve added email notifications to the Waitlist functionality. You should get an email when you move from Waitlist to Registered. I’m not sure they’ll fire off when they’re useful – they may batch fire at midnight (which is usually after the class in question)… in which case, please resume the standard “refresh website” method. 🙂

    Deadlift – 170#
    I’ve gotten to 175# before and seem to have gotten stuck in the 165-170# range so I need to work on this…

    WOD – 7:47 with blue bands

    Great PR for me tonight! 395# unfortunately did it in my third set. By the time I hit my last two sets I was done.

    DL: 265#. This is 20# less than my PR. I actually didn’t expect to do even this much, but it felt good so I kept adding weight.

    WOD: 5:56 Rx (sort of… knees weren’t straight on the L-pullups). Glad I broke 6 minutes. Woot!
