Community Meeting tonight after the last class. Stay after, or grab dinner and come back. 8pm at CFSV, I’ll stand around the whiteboard and spell out what happened at last night’s Aldermen committee meeting and what will happen tomorrow (and going forward). I look forward to hearing from you, answering your questions, and outlining my plan for moving ahead together.

    Press: 70#, 75# for 1. 75 is my area of inconsistency — i’ve gotten it for 2 before and sometimes i don’t even hit it for 1.

    This is my 3rd go around with Jack:

    7/22: 6+15 with 55# push press, 24kg swings and 24″ box jumps
    12/2: 6+23 with 55# push press, 24kg swings and 24″ box jumps
    Today: 6+29 with 65# push press, 24kg swings and 24″ box jumps

    glad to see improvement with more weight, but REALLY?! one box jump shy of 7?!?!?!

    JACK: 8x + 8 or so. 65#; 16kg; 20″ box jumps.

    Jack: 6+5kb swings RX+ (My first scaled up WOD! Yosh had me use the 32kg because we ran out of 24kg. He said the beard could handle it)

    Press 85# – PR – worked up to it on round 5, got it round 6 got it and by round 7 the arms were pooped and i failed. switched to the 45# bar so it wasn’t actually 83#.. I second Christine’s motion for 1 lb baby weights. 90# is gonna be a big jump for me.
