    If I could kip I wouldn’t need that stupid band at all (says Amy.. I agree, though)

    Shout out to Marcia who (as some of your recall) DL’d 100# last week for a 1 RM – ya well Marcia put up 95# this morning for a FIVE rep max. She rocked it. She’s just one of the many people at CFSV who inspires me like crazy.
