Volume Training: Ring Dips (3 EMOM). In hindsight, should have gone for four per minute.

    WOD: 4:54 Rx
Walking lunges into wall balls were no joke. Only dude in the class this morning. Great job chick:30!

  3. Alicia says:

Volume Training – 2 red banded pullups each minute.

    WOD: 7:58 Rx
Walking lunges were definitely the worst part of this. And that’s saying a lot since I loath wall balls!

  4. Erin says:

Volume Training — 2 blue band pullups. No failures… on to 3!

    WOD: 8:41 Rx

Really wanted sub-8 on this, but after I overheard Mandy taking a hard line on legit RX wall balls with the 5:30 class (no air balls, no shorties, no lame squats), I decided I’d go balls out (pun intended) to make sure mine had their sexy right.

Ditto to Alicia’s comment. Although, I think a traumatic walking lunge experience in my crossfit childhood has something to do with my unadulterated hatred for them.

  5. Cal says:

volume training: ring dips at 2 until my armpits felt like they were going to pop out, then i switched to one. that’s going to feel so good tomorrow.

    wod: 5:34 Rx. sneaky lunges!

  6. Kyle Rose says:

Volume training: 3 ring dips EMOM. Has no problems at the end, so I’ll do 4 next time.

WOD: 5:20 Rx. One of these days I’ll catch Shorty. 🙂

  7. Renee says:

Volume: 2 ring dips. Side boob is gonna hurt tomorrow.

    WOD: 5:33 Rx

    Cal, we’re twins today.

Volume Training: 2 HSPUs, did all reps so 3 next time.

WOD: 5:55 Rx, my quads did not appreciate all the lunging and squating. I’m sure I’ll feel it tomorrow.
