WOD: 11:58 (?) 20″ jump, 1 pd KB. This was really fun. I was CRUISING at first, but the last 2 rounds of KB swings were pretty tough – my form was completely terrible and I had to take breaks. Single rep max on the push press of 83# (73# for 3). I would really love to get 100# over my head (not necessarily with this lift) before 2013, and this was encouraging progress. WOD: 12:38 RX, rounds 3-4 of KBS really slowed me down. Those were tough.
