    squat clean: 115×3 and 120×1. I got in my head trying to hit 120 a second time, and then couldn’t recover.

    i think monday’s diet of horseradish cheese and whiskey might have done its fine job of surviving the storm… maybe too well.

    squat clean: i like these! it’s very satisfying once you’ve gotten the bar half-way up. 95#x3. 105#x2.

    I learned today that the again faster smaller bar is not 15 kg / 33# but it is actually 35#. Sorry to those of you who I led astray.

    First day back after having a virus for a week and a half. It wasn’t as bad as I was expecting, but I expect I’ll feel it the rest of the week.

    WOD – not sure of time, but did green/blue banded pull ups and 100# farmers carry.

    Not my best wod, but I do love those farmers carry!

    Special shout out to Nick and Michael who provided great feedback to my form and to help push me through those burpees. It really helps, so be kind and cheer on your teammates!!

    Squat Clean 175# Felt a lot better about these than the last time we did them.

    WOD: 8:08 RX++ There weren’t enough 2pd KBs for me to farmer carry, so I grabbed the 60# dumbbells and figured I could throw the 20# weight vest on for the carries to make them Rx. Yosh had other ideas for that weight vest…
