Unless your ankle flexibility is fine and your balance is crappy – then I suppose this wouldn’t really help you… but I’d ask the pros
best pickup line: “hey girl, i got mad *ankle flexibility*”
Press: 70#, failed at both 75# and 72#. 75# is so inconsistent for me – sometimes i can hit it, sometimes i can’t move it at all.
wod: 1+98 Rx. 2 reps short of 2 full rounds. i took too much rest on my second set of push press. DAMN YOU PUSH PRESS.
also, not really Rx since I wasn’t wearing a costume. but i had one a sweet t-rex shirt…

Press: 80# turned 3RM into 4RM. Do we call that a PR? Failed at 85# got 2 up but didn’t lock out. Next time I’ll try 82#.
